Pike Creek 10 Year Old
Pike Creek 10 Year Old is a top notch Canadian whisky which gets treated to a finishing period in rum barrels before bottling (previously Pike Creek was finished in Port casks, though the producer changed it to rum barrels at some point in the 2010s). Excellent stuff.
